Our monthly meeting at Ponderosa Hall will be Thursday, November 14th with the social hour starting at 6:30 and the election of the 2025 Board of Directors at about 7:00 p.m. After concluding the business part of the meeting we will launch into a blind wine tasting program looking at relative differences of several wines regarding pH, titratable acidity and residual sugar. As those values change in the different wines can you tell which of those values have changed?
Remember to bring a check Thursday night to reserve your place for the December 12th Holiday Party or you can pay at the meeting by credit card.
