SWGGA Meeting, Ponderosa Hall, October 10th

Please remember to mark your calendar for the next SWGGA meeting at Ponderosa Hall On Thursday, October 10th. There will be a Silent Auction featuring 10 different wines, one bottle of each, and each bottle a Gold Medal winner at the California State Fair, all produced by some really talented SWGGA winemakers. All proceeds will go to the Scholarship fund. In addition to the Silent Auction the evening program will showcase a vertical tasting of Syrahs produced by Dave Elliott. This will be a really interesting and quite unique tasting. 8 wines, spanning 15 years from 2022 back to 2007. Same varietal. Same vineyard. Same winemaker. The biggest variable is the weather. How much difference will that make? Think of it as an eveing of compare and contrast. Remember, October 10th, the second Thursday of the month. Social Hour at 6:30. Meeting at 7:00.
